House Rules
Welcome to Németh Apartments. We wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay.
To ensure your comfort and the smooth operation of our services, we ask for your cooperation. Below are our House Rules to help guide you.
The House Rules are an integral part of the contract for staying at Németh Apartments (hereinafter referred to as the accommodation).
Before using the accommodation services, guests must complete a registration form.
- Guests receive a card as a room key, which requires the registration of all guests staying at the accommodation.
- Registration includes accurately filling out the registration form and verifying the identity of the guests. This is mandatory for each person either through a pre-sent form or on-site completion. Our accommodation is required to report to the National Tourism Data Supply Center (NTAK), thus making it necessary for each person to complete the form. The data entered into the NTAK system include gender, year of birth, place of birth, and postal code. The NTAK system only processes statistical data for statistical purposes. It does not accept or store personal data about guests. More information: info.ntak.hu
- Presenting an identity document is a mandatory condition for the accommodation contract.
- For stateless persons and non-EU citizens, presenting and handing over the stateless ID or passport is mandatory by law.
- By signing the registration form, the guest consents to the processing and archiving of the personal data provided on the form for the purpose of establishing, fulfilling, and proving the contract, and for any potential claims within the statute of limitations.
